Accident Management
When you contact your insurer to tell them about your accident they will attempt to guide you to their approved repairer. It is possible that they receive discounts from that repairer. It is unlikely that their repairer approved by the manufacturer of your vehicle. It is your right to choose who repairs your car. You do not need 2 estimates, you will still get a courtesy car and your repair will carry a guarantee. Just ask your insurer for a claim number and we will do the rest.
Courtesy Cars
Sycamore operate a fleet of courtesy cars, usually supplied free of charge. In some cases we may be able to supply a like for like replacement vehicle.
Estimating
Once you have notified your insurer of an accident they will require a repair estimate. Sycamore will prepare an estimate and take digital photos of your vehicle to send to your insurer.
Collection & Redelivery
Sycamore operate a 24 hour recovery service. Our agent will recover you and your vehicle, drop you off at your home or place of work and then deliver your vehicle to our premises where we will then prepare a full estimate. We can also arrange collection if your vehicle is drivable and delivery once all repairs are complete.
